WAS YOUR BAGGAGE DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED?

ON ARRIVAL AT GATWICK OR MADRID

It is vital that you report your baggage problem before you leave the Baggage Hall so that a PIR (Property Irregularity Report) can be filed by the Handling agent. The PIR enables missing baggage to be registered on the World Tracer System and is the reference that needs to be quoted when you are making an enquiry.

If you have any difficulty in making the report then please speak to the JetAir Flight Manager who will be able to assist.

Please keep your baggage receipts and any other relevant documents safe, until your bag(s) are located.

ON ARRIVAL AT HASSI MESSAOUD

If you arrive at Hassi Messaoud and discover that your bag is missing from the flight then it is important that you immediately report it to one of our JetAir Sahara Customer Service staff.

Our representative will be able to complete a lost Baggage Report, which must include all your details (including your company name) and a full description of your missing bag together with some identifying items.
