Check in London GATWICK:
Please ensure that all passport / visa / right of residency / work permit / desert pass / vaccination requirements are correct and current for the duration of the trip. Some nationalities may require a 24-hour transit visa for travel through the UK. The airlines' Conditions of Carriage are available at check-in upon request.
Check in HASSI MESSAOUD:
For international flights departing Hassi Messaoud it is a requirement of the Algerian Authorities that all laptop batteries are removed from the laptop and the battery is placed in your hold baggage. The actual laptop can be carried on board WITHOUT a battery. A baggage identification check will be required on the tarmac prior to boarding the flight. Passengers will be requested to identify their hold baggage and place it on the trolley provided. Should you need any assistance the JetAir Sahara staff in Hassi Messaoud will be happy to help you.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE:
Hold Baggage 30 kgs max per person.
Hand Baggage Two pieces only (56 cms x 45 cms x 25 cms) with combined weight no more than 10 kgs.
It is strongly recommended that all passengers maintain a current personal travel insurance policy. Hold baggage should be locked. Travellers should retain their checked baggage receipt. Any baggage irregularities must be reported to JetAir staff before you leave the airport, or at the first available opportunity.
